Answers:
Vegetarian is ok, even if you do it 90% of the time!.!.!.it'll definitely be healthy!. There are some nutrients in meat that aren't in some dairy!.!.!.but if you eat eggs, seafood, some nut stuff, and your greens, then you're covered!. Tuna has tuns of protien!.

You definitely don't NEED to take vitamins, if you're eating the above stuff!.

Don't let people stress you out, or mislead you!.!.!.being vegetarian is easy, healthy and not a big deal!. It's become so popular that most restaurants totally cater to vegetarians by at least putting a veggie section in their menus, or offering alternatives!. No sweat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you're eating animals (including sea life) you would not be a vegetarian at all!. The term "pescetarian" is used to describe people who don't eat any meat except for seafood; it's not a type of vegetarian, though, just a descriptive term to describe a more limited omnivorous diet!.

You won't be losing any nutrients!. Everything you need can be gotten on a plant-based diet!. The addition of dairy, eggs and seafood is just more sources of nutrition!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You would be a "non-vegetarian" until you dropped the seafood and eating a balanced diet will supply you all of the nutrients you need!. Beans, especially soy, have the proteins you need and green leafy veges are rich in iron!. If you have difficulty consuming a healthy diet all of the time, for whatever reasons, take a multi-vitamin during those times!.

Since when are eggs not considered vegetarian!? Eggs are vegetarian as they are not fertilized!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

While I think that is a wise decision on your part, you would still be an omnivore just as you are now, or at best a pescatarian!. Please understand that fish are not scaly vegetables and eggs are not nature's cleverly packaged ones!.!.Both are considered flesh foods and as such are not acceptable as vegetarian fare!.
Take the step by all means and acknowledge that you are in transition to a healthier lifestyle but please do not kid yourself about what you are doing and please remember that fish and eggs, as well as chicken of course, are loaded with Salmonella!. So if health is your reason for avoiding the other flesh foods then how does it make sense to eat them!? Eggs are also loaded with growth hormones -- which is why girls are entering puberty so much earlier than they used to, and fish contain significant amounts or Mercury and PCB's --not the best idea!.
Vitamins are never really the issue for people eating widely of the fruit and vegetable spectrum with appropriate amounts of whole grains and beans or legumes, so much as minerals and Vitamin B12 are!. Our soil base has been significantly reduced in mineral content over the past century so you do need to supplement for minerals as that is what the body burns for fuel!. The B Complex Vitamins including B12 are available in a product called Tempeh and also in Nutritional Yeast!.!.For a simple recipe using both go to All About Tempeh and then to our Tempeh Recipes and look for Semper Tempeh Fidelus at http://www!.your-vegetarian-kitchen!.com/h!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You would be considered a pescatarian (a person who does not eat any animal flesh with the exception of fish) that is if by eef, chicken, or pork you meant all meats (lamb horse deer bear dog rabbit!.!.!.) if you just meant beef, chicken, or pork then you could be a Flexitarian

You would be no type of vegetarian!. Vegetarians don't eat seafood!. BUT, if you did stick to a healthy diet (seafood or not) you would not be losing any nutrients!. There is nothing in meat that can't be found in elsewhere!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You wouldn't be a vegetarian, since fish is meat!. The term for that would be pescatarian!. With that diet change, you're not really losing much of anything!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There are no nutrients in beef, pork and poultry that are not in eggs, dairy and seafood!. Unless you absolutely have to label yourself I would just say, "I don't eat meat"!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You wouldn't be a vegetarian, but anyhow!.!.!. I'd advise you to eat plenty of dark green leafy vegetables (like spinach), nuts, at least a glass of milk every day, and free range eggs which are filled with good stuff!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pescatarians do not eat animals that have legs, So if you eat seafood you are not vegetarianWww@FoodAQ@Com

You would be a person who doesn't enjoy the taste of beef, chicken, or pork!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You would be a pescatarian:)Www@FoodAQ@Com

You will be called a "Vegan" who doesn't eat meat, poultry, seafood and all food products that comes from an animal!. There are many sources of protein in the vegetable kingdom!.
