MINT YOGURT DIP
¤ ? cup plain yogurt !.!.!.!.!.!.!. ¤ Juice of 1 and ? lemons !.!.!.!.!.!.!. ¤ 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh mint !.!.!.!.!.!.!. ¤ 1 small garlic clove, minced
Combine all ingredients; mix well!. Serve or you could cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving!.
SUN-DRIED PESTO W/GOAT CHEESE DIP
¤ 2 Tablespoons marinated sun-dried tomatoes, pureed !.!.!.!.!.!.!. ¤ 2 Tablespoons prepared pesto !.!.!.!.!.!.!. ¤ 2 ounces fresh goat cheese !.!.!.!.!.!.!. ¤ 1 Tablespoons pure olive oil
Combine all ingredients; mix well!. Serve or you could cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving!.
