Vegan Chinese Food and Fruit Smoothies?!


Question: Vegan Chinese Food and Fruit Smoothies!?
I will be purchasing a wok soon and I wanted to know how to make a good vegan stirfry!. I will be serving it with brown rice!. also, what kind of steamer for the rice do you recommend!?

I also want to know if anyone has any good smoothie recipes for blender!.!.!.And please tell me what kind of blender is the best!?

I pour a little sesame oil in the wok!.!.heat it up, throw in a bunch of my favorite veggies, teriyaki sauce and minced garlic and stir fry until done!. It does not take long!.!.!.the trick is to get the wok very hot and stir until done!.

You dont need a steamer!. Cook the rice in vegetable stock or broth instead of water in a regular pot!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

First, get a stainless steel wok to save yourself a lot of trouble over rusting of non-stainless!.

Second, never use non-stick products for cooking -- bad!.

Third, never use aluminum products for cooking -- bad!.

Don't steam the rice, get a non-aluminum-pot rice cooker!.
Such as the purple clay rice cooker or a stainless steel one if you can find it!.

Vita Mix stainless steel blender is really good!.
Or any other stainless steel blender of that quality with the same kind of motor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

After you buying a chinese wok, you need to season the wok!. Ask that question when you buy!.

I do have lots of soymilk shakes recipes, it is also at my blog!. I used a simple blender and not so expensive one as i just need it to blend fruit with soymilk, and blend water melon juice, it works perfectly!. Banana, mango and avocado will help to thicken the shakes!.

I don't know any Chinese food recipes, but for smoothies, I just throw some fruit in a blender (usually a banana), add a bit of fruit juice, add some ice, and turn the blender on liquefy, then mix!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
