Im newly vegan, how do i keep from becoming mal nutrient?!
Answers:
Congrats on going vegan!
You can stay healthy by:
1!. Getting enough calories!. (Don't live on only low-calorie foods like salads); and
2!. Eating a variety of fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, and grains; and
3!. Ensuring a reliable source of vitamin B12!. You can do this by taking a supplement or eating fortified foods such as soymilk!.
It's not necessary to take a multi-vitamin if you have a well-balanced diet, but it wouldn't hurt!.

If you diversify your diet you'll be fine!. Make sure you get enough B12 though!. You can do this through supplements or by growing your own veggies in a garden with healthy soil!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
