Any grains you eat a lot of should be pre-cooked and represented!. You can slice and freeze (or refrid!.) any veggies, cooked or raw (or blanched)!. Freeze stuffed peppers or any stuffed veggie (cabbage or grape leaf, mushrooms)!. If you like cheeses then slice and platter them so all they need is serving!. An easy one would be jacket potato!. Just cut the potato in the middle and heat it with high power for about 1 or 2 minutes!. When the potato is done, you can just apply bits of cheese or butter and stuff meat or vegetables in the middle and eat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
