Hi!.

I'm 14
I was 11 stone when i was 12, i decided to become a vegetarian, and i ended up loosing 4 stone over a period of 1 year, another year on, i became vegan, I'm maintaining my weight now, as i don't need to loose any more anyway, its not about being vegan, it can help, but there are foods which are high in bad fats still!. Its about what food you eat as a vegan, because if you eat vegan cheese on toast for breakfast, beans with vegan sausage and fried bread fo lunch and another high fattening food for dinner you wont loose weight, if you eat the right foods, you will!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No I didn't; it isn't a weight loss programme and there are vegans of all shapes and sizes!.

If you need to lose weight, the same old rules about healthy eating and exercise still applyWww@FoodAQ@Com

I lost about 20 pounds of flab when I went vegan!. Becoming vegan doesn't guarantee weight loss, though!. I have a vegan roommate who is quite overweight from eating lots of vegan junk food like soy ice cream, cookies, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

At first I lost a little, then I leveled out!. Vegan doesn't always mean low cal, 'cause frying is vegan too!.
