Not fattening is the hard part on this!. Because fat content,along with fiber and protein, is part of what tells our body we are full!. If you mean unhealthy fat that is a different story!. For example, tofu (steamed or baked) mixed with rice (especially brown or wild) and some crunchy stir fry style veggies and a light sauce is going to be very filling because you are getting high protein, "good" fat, good long-burning carbs and fibrous veggis that require thorough chewing!. All of those contribute to a sense of being full!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
