Easy Vegetarian Foods?!
I am lacto-ovo vegetarian!. I am 16 so I cant just go to the store, need to keep pretty basic as far as supplies!. I'm not too picky, will try almost anything!.

Pasta with tomato sauce and veggies (add meatless meatballs if you have them)

Ive found that there are sooo many other things I can eat besides meat! When I first became veggie, I thought I was just going to have to eat salads!. Now, I find I can substitute so many things for meat!. I dont even think about eating it anymore! Ciao!Www@FoodAQ@Com

cheese lettuce and tomato sprout sandwic
grilled cheese and tomato
you eggs,,,,omelettes make great meals either cold or hot
make a fritatta-my fave is green pepper and onion, sautee in pan, add three or four eggs finish off in the oven=-great leftover with italian bread or in a sandwich
spinach feta omelettes yumm
u can make hummus easily in a go food processor or buy Sabra hummus
stir fries are easy and yummy just use some bottled stir fry sauce or just soy sauce with tempeh veggies or seitan and veggies
cnut butters are your best friend, cashew peanut etc
Indian cooking is complicated sometimes and requires ingredients that you prob dont have and may be hard to find ,so I dont recommend that to start with!.
Tabouli=bulgar wheat parsley lemon salad is delicious
fruit and cottage cheese throw sum sunflower seeds on top
Dr Praegars frozen veggie burgers are delicious!. eat with or without cheese lettuce tomato sliced cucumbers and onions

as manali said, so much indian food is vegetarian!.
i eat a lot of indian food, a lot of pasta + sauce as well (quick and simple)!. I also eat proper means!. Quorn roasts, veggies and whatnot!.

You should look at Indian cuisine because ALOT of it is vegetarian!.!.!. for eg: Chickpeas curry (Chhole), mixed vegetable (Pao Bjahi), Kidney Beans (Rajma), Mulligatawny soup!.!.!.
