Really!? I LOVE Boca sausage, and I'm not a vegetarian!. Seriously!. I made a big batch of Boca sausage with peppers and onions for an event where I wanted to make something nice for the vegetarians!.!.!. and the non vegetarians were pleasantly surprised at how good it was!. If you haven't tried them, please do!. They are awesome (I think) on a hot dog roll with mustard and relish, chopped onion, peppers and onions with or without a roll, or even in a casserole with some sort of sauce and veggies, etc!. I think they're very authentic!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Boca meatless Italian sausage are great!. I've even fooled meat eaters with them!. You do need to fry them, since they taste nasty microwaved!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
