Vegan menu?!


Question: Vegan menu!?
so i am a vegan and i am trying to lose weight
and i was wondering if anyone had a menu plan
that i could follow for a while!.
I dont like eating breakfast so all i have so far its

breakfast
coffee

Lunch
Salad
Fruit

Snack
sugar free fruit smoothie

and
Dinner
Salad
Fruit
