Answers:
Yes, the popcorn is vegan, as it clearly states on the label!. However it is defnitly not a healthy option for a snack, as the palm oil is very high in saturated fats!. Yep, i would call it a junk food!. You would be better off consuming a serve of air popped popcorn, no added oils or butter!. Palm oil has been linked to one of the causes of heart disease, as well as the destruction of rainforests!. It has been labelled as the cruel oil!. Unfortunatly palm oil is found in alot of vegetarian products!. And so many vegetarians are deceived, believing that they are purchasing healthy low fat vegetarian products!. The healthiest oils to use are olive oil, almond oil, macadamaia oil and coconut oils, as these are very low in saturated fats and, are great for cooking!. They are also good for a healthy heart!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yep its looks vegan to me!.
its not exactly good for you, like i wouldnt eat it as a main meal or anything but as a snack it wouldnt be too bad, but palm oil isnt very good for you so just eat it in poportion!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think that sounds great! If it has any dairy they MUST display that in the label!. I also pick up Bearitos Organic No oil added popcorn!. Its completely vegan and totally delicious!Www@FoodAQ@Com
