Here are some good recipes:

Stir fry- You need cut up tofu, soy sauce, olive oil, steamed veggies, and cooked rice

Get a frying pan and coat it with olive oil!. The put the tofu in the pan and brown each side of it!. Next, add the veggies!. Add a little soy sauce and put in the rice!. Mix everything up and then let it sit on the stove, occasionally stirring it to make sure it doesn't burn!. After about a minute and a half of that put it in a bowl and enjoy!

Hummus- chick peas, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, black pepper, and any other spices/seasonings you like

Puree the chick peas!. Then add a little lemon juice, paprika, pepper, and other spices!. Then stir!. Serve with a pita, with cucumbers, or on a veggie wrap!.

Whole foods is a great store for vegetarians/vegans, so I recommend grocery shopping there!. You also can get a lot of the things I listed above there!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You are eating junk food probably because your body is hungry!. Perhaps not nutritionally but hungry for the foods it used to eat!. Hungry for the textures and taste of the "staples" of its former diet!.

Or it could be that you are missing something and your body is craving for some nutrition it does not get from your new diet!.

Or you could be just plain hungry!. It could certainly be a lot of things!.

Try snacking on fruits or nuts!. They are highly nutritious (in reasonable amounts of course, especially nuts) especial;y when compared to "junk" foods and can fill you up between meals!.

Last, give your body more time to adjust!. If you are still unsure, see a doc!. A little medical opinion will certainly not hurt!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make an effort to eat more whole grains, not just because they are good for you but because its hard to eat junk when your eating whole grains!. also be realy concious about you fruit and vegetabke consumption, if you eat lots of fruits and veggie when you feel like snacking you won't snack on junk as much and will feel fuller
If you are lacto ovo then you will get all the B12 you need!. Only vegans need supplements cuz animals products are the only source!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Get supplaments and Vitamins at your local grocery/drug store!. ask one of the Pharmacists there about this issue, and they will be glad to help! Good luck!

Maybe try eating fruits instead of junk, or something else somewhat healthy that you enjoy!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
