Can someone who is Lactose Intolerate have a vegan recipe?!
Someone who is lactose intolerate can have a little bit of chocloate (not that much), no cheese, or milk (except soy)!. A friend of mine recently became a vegan and has been telling me about the products (and recipes) don't contain milk, eggs, cheese or anything from animals!. (By the way, if I wasn't such a picky eater i'd probably be a vegan too!.) Would they be able to eat vegan recipes because they don't unclude dairy products!? Or, are there other products they can't have in vegan recipes!? Thank you for helping me on this!.
If you are a vegan, I fully support your choice to not eat products from animals!. Most vegan recipes are pretty good, too! Thanks!! :)
If you are lactose intolerate, you're not alone!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

BY THE WAY! Just a FYI, 100% of humans were once LACTOSE INTOLERANT!. Some northern Europeans thought it was a good idea to introduce cow pus into their diets to get some vitamins that the baby calf requires!. This was thousands of years ago!. And yes, up to this day, few people's bodies have REALLY adapted to tolerating an animal's breast milk!. Really, I would go as far as saying milk is worse than eating meat, health-wise and ethic-wise!. Cows are treated horribly for their milk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
