Sure, going vegetarian is an excellent way to protect your health, reduce animal suffering, and help preserve the environment!.
Pros:
-Vegetarians live, on average, six to 10 years longer than meat-eaters!.
-Vegetarians (as a group) have lower blood cholesterol levels; lower blood pressure; and lower rates of hypertension, type 2 diabetes, and prostate and colon cancer!.
-Vegetarians are less likely to be overweight or die from heart disease!.
-Each vegetarian prevents the suffering and deaths of about 100 animals EVERY year!
-A vegetarian saves 1 acre of trees every year!. Raising animals for food is very inefficient and wastes a lot of natural resources!.
Cons:
-Some people will give you a hard time and try to argue with you about vegetarianism!.
-It's not as convenient!. (There aren't vegetarian fast food chains!.!.!. but you can find veg options at many restaurants!.)
I hope this helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com

That's how I started!. Never was much of a meat eater!. I slowly cut all animal products out of my diet!. I'm so happy now that I've been vegan for 5 years!. Just fits my lifestyle!.
Your kitchen will be so much cleaner!. Never have to touch raw meat again!.
You digestive system will be better!.
I've gotten comments on how young I look for my age!.
It's actually less expensive if you stay away from packaged foods!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
