No, it isn't good, at least not for your health!. Particularly the store brand cheeses!.

Not to mention the cheese (and other dairy products) made here in the USA are godawful tasting!. I never realized how gross they actually were until I went over to Iceland a year or so ago and tasted some of their cheese and other dairy products!.

I no longer eat any dairy, but my point is not only is cheese not very healthy for you but most of it tastes disgusting in the USA!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

cheese is good for weight gain, cholesterol and lots of health problems!. It's also good at creating a glut of unwanted male calves!. Veal any one!? or shot in the head after birth!. Yes, cheese is really good!.
