How does my VEGAN diet look?!
Breakfast - Cheerios and Soy milk!. One glass of orange juice!.
Snack - Handful of dried fruit and nuts!.
Lunch - Salad roll, orange juice, and bannana!.
Snack - Lana Bar!.
Dinner - Beans on toast!.
I also drink a glass of water every hour, on the hour!.

Vegetables!.!.!. 1+ (depending on what the salad roll is)

Is it the healthiest diet on the planet, probably not, but you're probably doing better than the vast majority of people!.
For comparison, the Physician's Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) recommends a vegan diet that looks like this:
Fruit!.!.!. 3+
Legumes!.!.!. 2+
Whole Grains!.!.!. 5+
Vegetables!.!.!. 4+
Personally, on top of their recommendations I would add at least 1 serving of nuts or seeds a day for good fats!. also, make sure you're taking a B12 supplement or getting it from fortified foods (some cereals, soy milks)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it sounds like it's healthy but im not vegan so that diet isnt to appealing to me!. my diet would be honey nut cheerios or some other cereal like kashi with whole milk!. snack might be some granola or something sweet like little debbie or hostess cakes, a bag of chips, a fruit cup something along those lines for a snack!. ill usually drink some kind of juice, i really like those naked and odwalla drinks!. i always drink water!. for dinner it just depends, i may have some kind of pasta with chicken or ground beef, maybe some kind of bread, i might eat out,Www@FoodAQ@Com

You need more whole grains!. You need VEGETABLES and some protein!. Add some tempeh or tofu to your diet!.
