Vegetarian No-Nos -
All types of meat including fish and meat byproducts like gelatin!.

Vegan No-Nos -
All of the above plus all products that come from animals like: leather, fur, silk, feathers, wool, dairy, eggs, honey, Bone Meal, Blood meal!. Some include avoiding all products that were tested on animals!. They are against any animal exploytation like horesback riding, etc!. The most hard core don't believe in pet ownership or allowing blind people to have guide dogs!. It gets kind of cultist the deeper you get involved!. I know I'll get thumbs down for that last statement but so what!. :-)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Basically anything unless it's made from or by an animal: Meat, eggs, milk, gelatin, and honeyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Stick with veetables and fruits, grains are also good!. Honey, milk, cheese, ice cream are all off limits now!. But I must say that being a vegitarian is a wiser choice (in my opinion) Cows need to release their milk after giving birth or else the results could make them sick, I see it as helping them out!. But anyways, ANY FOOD that comes from animals or animal products are now not options!. Hope this helps and good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
