Question: Where can I find sample vegan health diets to follow!?

I don't want to have to construct my own diet (it seems like a lot of trouble), so where can I find a sample diet that will get me all of the nutrients/proteins I need to stay healthy!? I just want something I can follow exactly without having to worry myself about if I'm getting everything I need!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
