It is is a good thing to help digest food but too much is not good!. Your bones will not be strong because of lacking calcium!. Your muscles will be weak!. You need a balanced diet completed with GO, GROW, GLOW!. Like Fish, mangoes, rice and juice for meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You'd be very healthy and you'd have to eat heaps because they dont have many calories!. Make sure you eat green veges though for iron!. I only ever eat carrots and oranges--I get injected with iron thats awful! I was teased last year that my skin would turn orange but this is a myth the only thing that does actually happen is you pee turns pink if you eat too many beetrootWww@FoodAQ@Com

Just as with any unbalanced diet, your body will start missing the things it is not getting!.

You will probably be missing out on proteins, if you don't eat beans!. And there are certain vitamins and minerals that you don't find in vegetables, only in fruits and grains!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you wouldn't get all the nutrition you need for living, eg!. calcium, protein, iron, etc!. and also you might get diarrhoea because of too much fibre!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you are a man eating too many vegetables will turn you into a wimp!. lol No you need to eat at least some lean protein or you will be frail and have little muscle tone!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Over the long run you'd likely become ill!. You need to account for proteins and B12, which can be easily done without eating animal flesh!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Then you'd be a vegan or a vegetarian!. You'd take supplements and do whatever it is your hippie as$ wanted!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you will turn big and green and for some reason be called the hulk and smash buildings and so on so forthWww@FoodAQ@Com

You turn greenWww@FoodAQ@Com

u will not have constipation probelm
