I buy Almond Breeze Unsweetened almond milk most often!. It's just awesome, it's great for chai tea and to add to sweet cereals, cream of wheat and Farina, baking, etc!.
Whenever I'm at Trader Joe's I buy one of the soy milks they offer there, it's under their company name!. It's also unsweetened!. I try to avoid as many added-in sweeteners as possible in my diet!.
Sometimes I will buy Silk but it's owned by am enormous dairy company (Dean Foods as of May 2002) so I feel apprehensive about my money going into it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Unsweetened Almond Breeze!. I find most milk alternatives are loaded with sugars and other nasty things to make them tasty!.
Almond milk already has an natural (yet subtle sweetness) it also has fewer additives and preservatives than some of it counterparts!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There is no such thing as non-dairy milk!. Dairy usually refers to the place where exraction and or processing of milk takes place!. A dairy farm is where the milk is extraxted and a dairy factory is where the milk is processed!. Milk refers to the liquid produced and extacted from the mammary glands of animals including humans!.
