For every cup of coffee, I use one tablespoon of raw sugar & two tablespoons of french vanilla silk creamer, yum!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't really have too much coffee!. This has nothing to do with my choice of being a vegan but simply a healthier choice!.

Coffee, besides waking you up also puts you in a somewhat 'hyper' state!. That is why you will sometimes get heart palpitations with coffee!. That is also why coffee is not recommended just before you go on stage!. It can give you the nerves!

Tea on the other hand creates a tranquil wakefulness!. Green tea is recommended but if you require something stronger (i know i do) then black tea is more beneficial than coffee!.

Tea, when taken without milk, is also rich in anti-oxidants, among various other health benefits!.

My morning cuppa is black tea with honey :)

Honey is a great healthy alternative to refined sugar!. When consumed with hot fluids (like tea or hot lemon water) it helps you loose weight!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't drink coffee alot, and since it's summer, I've only really been having iced coffee!. I like to have sugar (I like Sugar In The Raw, but I'll use by dad's regular sugar if I'm out!.), soymilk, and agave nectar!. I don't really measure things alot unless I have a recipe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've only had coffee a couple times and last time I used soy creamer in it!. I don't like the taste of coffee, I only drank it because it was really cold outside!. The closest I come to drinking coffee on a regular basis is the coffee or mocha flavored soymilk (Silk brand)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, I do not drink coffee or any caffeinated beverage for that matter, out of concern for my health, and also for religious reasons!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Black!. French or Dark Roast!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
