Answers:
you can still have a proper diet without eating meat!. but it takes work!.!.!. just like eating right if you weren't a veggie!.

eggs and nuts have protein as does greens!. vitamins and supplements also help!. soy also has a lot of nutrients which is popular with the vegetarians in things like tofu and soymilk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, protein doesn't give you energy, complex carbohydrates do!. And contrary to popular belief, veg*n diets are not REMOTELY protein deficient anyway!.

Eating a balanced veg*n diet should give you plenty of energy!. It works for Ironman triathletes Brendan Brazier and Ruth Heidrich, and Olympic track and field champion Carl Lewis!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

no if they learn which foods to complement to get a complete protein (e!.g!. beans and rice) but understand that eating just beans will be a partial protein (i myself am trying to find out which foods to combine to get complete proteins)!. Supplements are dangerous becuase they can cause more harm than good (studies found that natural vitamin B12 is reused by the body for 30 years, but if taken as a supplement will interfere with the body's ability to synthesise it naturally)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have not eaten animals in many years and I don't have low energy!. Vegetarians and vegans get plenty of protein from what we eat!. There is really no need to "make up for" anything for energy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No because many alternatives for meat exist, like tofu, veggie "meats" etc!. also, a supplement/vitamin would help!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They would have low protien and Iron!.
Taking supplements is about the easiest way to replace them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
