Menu Ideas please!?!

Question: Menu Ideas please!!?
I've been a vegetarian for 14 years and have just found out I can no longer have wheat, or soya products!.

This means I can't have any of the conventional meat replacements such as Quorn , Tofu or soy mince, even normal veggie burgers have wheat in!

Does anyone know a site with gluten and soy free veggie recipes!? It's a long shot I know!

Thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You have a very slim menu choice as it is being a vegetarian!. Yes, a very long shot!.

Some recipes I found:
*Hot Millet Breakfast Cereal
*Wheat-free, Gluten-free Zucchini-Feta Pancakes
*Mushroom-Sage Risotto
*Dairy-free Potato Leek Soup
*Nut-Free Trail Mix

These were some I found!. I really hope I helped you out!. Sorry if this isn't much :)

Realistically, you may not be able to do this now but sooner or later you'll have to accept that being vegetarian is incompatible with your allergy!. You'll have to eat some animal flesh, if only occasionally!.

Being vegetarian is a luxury people can afford in a food-rich economy!. The human species is naturally omnivorous but doesn't have to have meat if there's enough other food!. However, with your allergy you will be short of protein and short of soluble fibre in your diet!. If you remain a vegetarian, you'll end up on a diet of egg, cheese and potato pie followed by fruit!. And you'll have to eat loads and loads of eggs because they will be your major source of protein!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can easily be a vegetarian without eating soy or wheat!. When I see this question, I always wonder if the person is a troll!. I've went months without eating soy or wheat, just do your homework!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
