Does Canola oil contain fish oil? As it says it contains Omega 3 or something like that...Please help! Thanks!!
Answers:
No, it doesn't contain fish!. It says it contains omega-3 because canola oil is a SOURCE OF OMEGA-3!. Contrary to popular belief, fish are not the only source!. Fish don't even make it; they eat it and it accumulates in their flesh!. In addition to canola, flax seed and flax oil, marine microalgae, walnuts and other nuts and seeds are good sources!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
No it doesn't, Omega3 is like a nutrient/chemical that's good for your body and can be found in many different kinds of foods!.
It just so happens to be in both canola oil and fish oil!.
But rest assured Canola is plant based!.
