I love putting raw cauliflower in pasta!. Bean sprouts are good too, and spinach!. I also love raw tomatoes and broccoli!. I think it's a matter of personal choice, but choose different vegetables at each meal so you don't end up eating the same thing all the time!. =)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think it really depends on what you're eating, what's in season and what you like!.

I like sliced tomatoes with a little parsley and Italian dressing, or made into a caprese salad with bocconcini and basil!.

Carrots, broccoli and cauliflower are delicious, especially dipped in hummus, as a side!.

Jicama is delicious and crunchy, and tastes really refreshing alongside any food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have to go with classic carrots!. With a meal I think it is important to cut them thinly so they are not as hard and time consuming to eat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
