Cows have to give birth in order to produce milk!. Female calves follow their mothers into milk production!. Males cannot produce milk, so they are sold to the veal crates!.

Unless you have your own cow and keep all her calves, their is no such thing as cruelty free milk!.
The best way to get cruelty free eggs is easy, just get yourself a few hens and they will give you eggs!. I had some for a 4h project years ago!. I still have one, but she is past her egg laying years!.
