Try to get you some ensure milk or boost!. that will help you with your weight!. get the favor that you think you might enjoy!. and in a few days or so you will see the results!. if you drink it!. you can drink one for breakfast, one for lunch, and one for dinner!. or you can drink it whenevr you need or feel to!. but remmeber when you think that you have reach the weight that you want to be!. thenstop and continue whenevr you feel the need to gain weight again!. so drink and be healthy!. believe me i know that the ensure, boost does really works!. just take it until you feel like you have gain enough!. because it will put some pounds on you!. then you will be asking for something to lose weight!. so take as directed!. good luck, god bless!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

To bulk up, I highly suggest protein shakes/bars (not SlimFast stuff)!. Drink plenty of milk/soy milk and make sure you're still eating protein along with the shakes/bars!. I also suggest making smoothies with silken tofu and peanut-butter!. It's a bit fattening, but it's filled with proteins!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

try the natural and supplement with the shakes!. or, make smoothies with natural fruit, dairy, and peanut butter, and add a scoop or two of the protien powder!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

eat lots of nuts/seeds, avocados, and cook with olive oil!. dont eat TOO much dairy, because its typically high in cholesterol/saturated fat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

seeds and dairy as this is a sensible way full of heatly fatss and protines!Www@FoodAQ@Com

now its okey if you drink both!. You need to have protein to!. Natural is also best for fiber!.!.!.!. stay healthyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Both will work!. Try eating both and you'll be healthy soon!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

both will work!.

hope this helps!. xx!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
