I'm thinking about taking the plunge, too- congrats! Just make sure you get enough protein and calcium!. You can get protein from dairy, tempeh, tofu, nuts, etc!. and calcium from some vegetables!. And don't forget to supplement your diet with a daily multi-vitamin, just in case!Www@FoodAQ@Com
