Until you have money to buy your own food, you will simply have to deal with what your parents purchase!. However, it isn't necessary to have soya milk (or any soy convenience foods) to be vegan!. Most vegans who make it past the transition period rely heavily on produce, grains, beans, peas and lentils!. You just need to learn to cook- which would probably impress your parents!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

As a raw food vegan you do not have to drink milk!. Soy or regular so tell you dad that you don't need it and you will be fine without it!.

If you are eating all the right fruits, vegetables and nuts you are fine you don't need soy milk!. Soy milk is nothing more but the soy bean with vitamins added!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
