Fish oil good for you or not?!

Question: Fish oil good for you or not!?
I'm vegetarian!.!.!.practically vegan, but I don't tell people I'm vegan because I have no intention of refusing myself some eggs every once in a blue moon or some wheat bread because it has honey in it!. But I do it for health reasons, and I've heard of the benefits of eating fish but don't really want to eat fish directly (due to mercury levels and stuff and also because i've never been a fish eater so the though grosses me out)!. Would you say fish oil's healthy or no!? I'd like unbiased responses!.!.!.if you're an animal rights activist kinda vegan, I'm not worried about the fact that fish feel pain or anything!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
