Vegitarian recipies? easy 10 points!?!
i just turned a vegitarian and i'm tired of well!.!.!.!.veggies for every meal! are there any good vegitarian recipies that you know of thats really yummy and good in protien!? also i don't like cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like making stri fry and since it has a hoisin sauce it doesnt taste like straight veggies!. Cook together in a pan 1 shredded carrot, 1 chopped (thick cuts) bell pepper, 1 cut up onion and 2 bags of bean sprouts!. Cook till softened, add 1/2 jar of hoisin sauce and serve over white rice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I really enjoy the book "How it all vegan" personally- it uses mock cheese/milks, etc!. but if you are lacto/ovo you could just use the real stuff!.
I don't have any personal recipes, exactly!. I just search them online and in books!. Because they are not mine, I will not reproduce them here but instead give you some great links!. also, protein consumption isn't difficult as long as you are eating healthy!. Faux meats, tofu, beans, nuts and so forth provide plenty so try to use a variety when cooking!. Add them into the recipes you find if you don't feel they offer enough!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You are sick of veggies which is what the diet is named for!.
My guess is this is a passing phase!.
Go try again lean meats like chicken and fish!. Maybe you just need to prepare them in lighter ways to satisfy your palate now!. Try cooking chicken in tomato sauce instead of smothering it with brown gravy, for example!. Good luck!.

Mix-Vegetable
Ingredients:
Choose from 1lb fresh green beans cut into 1 inch lengths or any other vegetable like 1 package coleslaw or cauliflower florets or carrots and peas!.
4 tbsp!. vegetable oil
1 tbsp!. black mustard seed
4 cloves garlic (peeled & finely chopped)
A few thin strips of fresh ginger
1 hot red dried chili (crushed)
1 tsp!. salt
? tsp!. sweetened coconut flakes
black pepper to taste
Method:
1!. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium flame!. When hot put in the mustard seeds!. As soon as they begin to pop add the garlic/ginger and stir until lightly brown!. Add the crushed red chili and stir for a few seconds!. Add the green beans, salt and sweet coconut!. Stir to mix!.
2!. Turn heat to medium/low!. Add 1/2 cup water!. Stir and cover the beans for 7-8 mins until they have absorbed the spiced flavors!.
3!. Add the black pepper, mix and serve!.

Try asian salds!. They contain asian noodles, nuts, spice, yummy stuff!. also you can go to a deli ask for the meat fat and liquify that in a pot and put it over tofu!. It tastes like meat but its vegetarian over thatWww@FoodAQ@Com
Falafel is a good one, and it's easy to make but time consuming if you simmer the beans for an hour!. Better if you use fava beans!. Blackbean Chili!. Firm Tofu!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
