New vegetarian needs some advice?!

Question: New vegetarian needs some advice!?
Hi I want to become a vegetarian, not a vegan though, I already barely eat meat MAYBE once or twice a week now so it won't be much of an adjustment!. I just need some ideas if anyone knows of a good website for vegetarian recipes and meal ideas!? I also want to make sure that I get all the proper nutrition I need, like what beans and other brands of non meat foods are good!? My local grocery store has lots of I guess soy meat products and I was hoping someone could make some reccomendations thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Egg beaters have albumen of chicken eggs on them!. If you want, check out brands sucha s Yves and even Shneiders, they make very good tasting products that resemble meat!. Often organic food stores sell cookies and pastries made without egg as well, so you could try that out!. Reed kidney beans, and even pastas will supply you with more than enough iron you need!. You may feel a littl elow on energy at first, but that will not last long!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Egg Beaters come from real eggs, unfortunately!. They're egg whites and all sorts of additives!.
