Vegan Marshmallows?!
Does anyone know of any vegan marshmallows that puff up the way regular ones do!? And still taste good!? Thank you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
The Sweet & Sara ones are really good!. I haven't eaten regular marshmallows in over 20 years so I had to ask my boyfriend if my assessment of them was correct!. He agreed that they taste exactly like regular ones, but are a little denser!. You should be able to get them online if you can't find them locally!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Cookeryclub have a recipe for them - so you can make your own with vegan geletine and a whipped egg white substitute, but they wont be as fluffy!.
But obviously the 2 main ingredients are not Vegan - try the other sweet recipes!Www@FoodAQ@Com
