What do other vegetarians think of this?!
Ok, so my friend's boyfriend is into ag stuff (raising animals and killing them) and he knows that I'm a vegetarian!. He makes fun of me for it a lot!. This morning I wake up to a video text message of a cow being shot and killed!. I didn't recognize the number and I replied with something like "WTF!? I was asleep and you f***ing woke me up for that-that's mature"!. And they replied, "sorry someone stole my phone"!.
So I'm sure the people behind it was my friend's boyfriend and his friend!. I want to know what other vegetarians think of this!.
Personally, I found it insulting and I'm confused as to how they could think that's funny!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's terrible trust me i know my sister breaks bacon in half makes it look like a mouth and talks to me and stuff!. She also put meat by me when I slept!. Which I understand is not nearly as bad but quite terrifying to a 13 year old girl!. They just do it to get on your nerves!. It doesn't sound like your boyfriend is being very understanding; explain to him the reasons you are vegetarian, and why his attitude offends you!. If he still makes fun of you, then perhaps you are not right for each other!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

As far as I am concerned your so-called good friend is not a very good friend at all!. She may not be the one directly do these things to you, but she is willing to be a girlfriend of someone who likes to hurt other people's feelings!.
I would steer clear of her and if she asks you if you are avoiding her tell her that you are and it's because of the ignorant boyfriend that she chose!.
I think that is an absolutely horrible thing to do to someone, especially a vegetarian!. A regular omnivore would probably be offended by that!.
That is even someone that may be illegal!. If it continues to happen take the phone to the police and see what they think of the harassment you are getting!. Save the messages as evidence!. I seriosly think this may fall under harassment!
