We like cashew tofu!.
Bake slices or cubes of firm tofu on a sprayed cookie sheet flipping once!. Stir fry some chopped celery, sliced water chestnuts, and sliced onions!. Add pineapple tidbits and a bit of the juice, too!. Sometimes I thicken it with a little cornstarch!. Stir in the tofu and season with soy sauce or hoison sauce!. Just before serving, add cashews--I use the roasted and salted kind!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
