How do you eat a whole lemon without damaging your teeth?!

Question: How do you eat a whole lemon without damaging your teeth!?
It would be great to benefit from eating lemons daily, but is there a way to eat them without destroying your teeth!? Should I juice the lemon!? I am interested in eating the whole lemon including the peel!. And will it be okay to consume the seeds if the are mixed up in the juice!? Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Lemons arn't going to destry your teeth more than any other foods!. If you are worried about acids, don't be!. Lemon acid isn't strong enough to affect your teeth for the small amout of time is is around your teeth if you care for your teeth properly (brush/floss)!.

lemon seeds won't hurt you at all!. yes, blending would the the most healthy, since the skin has more nutrients than the flesh in most fruit/veggies, but the pith (white stuff between the outer layer & flesh) is horrible tasting and really has very little nutritional value, so juiciing would work well to remove most of that, or shave it and then peal it before blending!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, juicing seems like the best idea!. I juice citrus and have read that juicing the peel is not necessary!. Yes, the seeds are fine to juice as well and might even have some benefit!. Once you juice it, you can take it all down fast to avoid as much exposure to your teeth as possible, or you could mix it with other juice to dilute the acid!. I'm not sure if you want to mix juices, though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

this may be a bit overboard but i think you should just put the whole thing in a food processor and then wear trays over your teeth!. or mabye just pour it down your throat w/o touching ur teeth>Www@FoodAQ@Com

YOU HAVE NO TEETH THEN YOU MAY HAVE TO TAKE JUICES ONLY!.I HAD SEEN MY FORMER CO SECRETARY USING A FORK TO SCRATCH AFEW TIME BEFORE LICK DRINKING THE JUICE,CAN GO ON FOR HOURS!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

u r going way to far pal
take it in juice form
and no harm if u swallow the seedsWww@FoodAQ@Com
