What's the vegan friendliest state in the US?!
Answers:
Any west coast state!.!.!.!.!.Oregon, Washington, and California!. I wouldn't say it's California "hands-down" as Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington are two of the most vegetarian cities in the U!.S!.
See this link from PETA which lists the top ten:

EDIT: I would definitely suggest looking at individual cities instead of whole states!.!.!.!.I know for a fact that there are areas in California that will think you are a nutcase if you don't eat meat!. I'm sure there are similar areas in Washington and Oregon as well!.!.!.!.!.but PETA lists the top two vegetarian cities as Portland and Seattle!. I would say that large cities would beat small towns in veg*nism any day just because there are always more options!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

On a city-basis, Portland OR and Seattle would rank right up there, but the rest of those states (at least Washington) are far less veg-friendly!. So, on a state-basis, I'd probably guess California, since there are several cities and metropolitan areas that are very vegan friendly (including L!.A!. and particularly the Bay Area!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com
