Answers:
yes it has less calories as well as less fat, AND still loads of proteinWww@FoodAQ@Com

Vegitarian beef isnt meat at all!. It is veggies mixed into a beef like texture!. Anything that says vegitarian has NO meat what so ever!.
No red meat is really good for you unless you are eating grass fed beef!. Which is cows being fed food without preservatives!.
It is definitly better for you, because it is not meatWww@FoodAQ@Com

It's better for you, because it doesn't have any cholesterol!. The calorie count is probably about the same, but they are good calories!. It has more protein then ground beef since it is lean veggie protein!. Most ground beef is 30% fat and other fillers (often dried blood meal)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There is no such thing as vegetarian beef!. There is however soy or quorn crumbles that take the place of ground beef!. It is processed but the fat is lower then beef and so is the cholesterol!. BTW!.!.!.!.it's high in protein!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, I love it because it has a lot less calories and it's vegan!. And emorgan, come on, no protein!? It has a lot of protein in it, and you don't have to sacrifice your health by eating red meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ooh Ya!.
Other than not eating the real meat, it has way less calories and has the same protien amount!. ^^Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is usually loaded with sodium to make it taste like something!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
