A salad and soycheese sandwiche: tomato, lettuce and Toffutti soy cheese slice!. I bought this from Holland and Barrett a few weeks ago, it's really good!.

Some fruit, like an apple, pear, satsuma or banana

Some houmous and vegetable sticks (such as carrot batons)!.

I buy smoked tofu, beansprout and chilli jam sandwiches all the time but you can make them at home so it's cheaper- maybe give it a try!. It's the best vegan sandwiche I have ever tasted!. =]

Peanut butter sandwich with a banana
Veggie burger on whole wheat bun
Cereal and a 8 oz!. carton of soy milk or almond milk
Soup in a thermos
Cold colorful pasta with Italian Dressing on itWww@FoodAQ@Com

Make a veggie sandwich!. Put tomatoes, lettuce, sprouts, pickles, avocado and mustard all on two pieces of whole wheat bread!.
