Sweet & Sara Vegan Marshmallows?!

Question: Sweet & Sara Vegan Marshmallows!?
I'm going on a camping trip and I would be heartbroken if I couldn't roast marshmallows like I used to when I was a kid!. The only veg*n brand I can find is Sweet & Sara!.!.!.!.!.has anyone had these!? Are the worth the 6 bucks, and do they melt like a regular marshmallow!? Thanks for the help!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I love sweet and sara marshmallows!. We had them two weeks ago when we went camping and we made s'mores and roasted them and they worked just fine!. I hadn't had a marshmallow in over 10 years and these were perfect to me! Enjoy your trip!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I haven't roasted them, but I'd expect them to roast up just like regular ones!. To me they taste exactly like regular marshmallows, but are a little denser!. I'd say they're worth the cost for an occasional camping trip, but they aren't something I'd buy on a regular basis because they are pretty pricey!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've tried both Ricemellow cream and Sweet & Sara!. The Ricemellow is good but it is not the right texture for s'mores and definitely can't be roasted like marshmallows!. Go for the Sweet & Sara, they are so worth it!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't know about those ones, having never tried them!. The Vegan Sweets ones you can get at veganstore!.com are good for s'mores and whatnot though!. I've definitely roasted them!Www@FoodAQ@Com

ya, i've heard of them, but never tried them!. i want roasted marshmellows now!!! lol, anyways, this question deserves a star cuz if they are good, im taking them on my camping trip soon!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
