I was wanting to bake a cupcake recipe!.!.but im vegan!.

Other substitutes are bananas, applesauce, canned pumpkin (sound gross but you can't even tell), pureed prunes, soy and bean flour, cornstarch, grounded flaxseeds, tofu (usually silken)!.!.!. that's all I can think of! Here's some measurements!.
1/4 cup applesauce, pureed prunes, or pumpkin = 1 egg
1/4 cup tofu = 1 egg
2 tbsp corn starch = 1 egg
2 tbsp arrowroot flour = 1 egg
2 tbsp potato starch = 1 egg
1 heaping tbsp soy powder + 2 tbsp water = 1 egg
1 tbsp soy milk powder + 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water = 1 egg!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
