Well, it depends on what you mean by 'vegetarian' foods!. There are foods MADE vegetarian, some that just plain out don't have meat, and then there's produce!.
?Vegetarian foods like, Boca, Morningstar and Amy's Burgers and other products can be up to $5 each, I've found, and when packages come with as little as 8 and as much as 12 ounces, I try not to splurge on that
?There are foods like, fries, frozen pizzas, frozen entrées, beans and other items and dishes like these that won't break the budget
?There is also produce, which is obviously vegetarian, because it is fruits and vegetables!. Prices vary, but you can buy things like wok ready broccoli [$3] or spiniach [$4] and other thingsWww@FoodAQ@Com

buy dry beans rice and grains in larger quantities because they stay good for a long time!.!.!. as far as produce, just watch for what's on sale, it's just not all that cheap!. I usually buy things I will use alot of at costco, they have good prices on produce!. Farmers markets are not really cheap (at least mine isn't) but at least the produce is fresh and locally grown, so it's worth it in my opinion!. you can also grow your own if you have a yard, tomatoes are easy to grow, so is squash!.!.!. even I can grow it!Www@FoodAQ@Com
