Do CoCo Puffs count as part of a vegan diet?!

Question: Do CoCo Puffs count as part of a vegan diet!?
Answers:
mmmh yes especially the chocolate ones !.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Looking at the ingredient list for CoCo Puffs, I would question the type of sugar they use!. Most white sugar is whitened with processing of charred bones (it is the least expensive way of whitening sugar)!.

I am also with someone in choosing a more nutritious vegan breakfast source!. It is just oil fried processed corn meal with a touch of cocoa (processed with alkali-which is not the cocoa I would eat either)!. The ingredient list also says artificial flavor and BHT as a preservative, which are synthetic chemicals that my body doesn't need to ingest!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

LOL!.!.!.!.!.I am not sure!.!.!.!.But as long as you like them go ahead and have them!.!.!.!.you can still have your Vegan diet, and be Cucu for Coco puffs,lol!.!.!.!.!.!. (just do don't over do it,since your in a diet,lol)!.!.: )Www@FoodAQ@Com
