Vegan supplement?!
I am looking for a vegan (gluten-free) vitamin that has a lot of calcium and B vitamins!. I am currently using ALL ONE Green Phyto Base powder, but it tastes awful and I don't need empty beverage calories!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Calcium takes up a lot of room in pill form so you're not likely to find a multi with a significant amount of calcium!. I take Deva vegan one-a-day multis, but the calcium is minimal!. They also make a vegan cal-mag, but I just try to make sure I'm getting enough calcium from fortified soy milk, calcium-set tofu, leafy greens and quinoa!. (I don't know if Deva is gluten-free!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com
Why would you need a supplement!? If you are eating a well balanced vegan diet, which includes beans, legumes, pulses, leafy greens, fruits, veggies, whole grains, and other vegan foods, there would be no need for a supplement!. Juicing is a great way to boost your nutrient intake!. To keep it gluten free, just avoid the high gluten grains, such as wheat, barley, oats, teff, and spelt!. I follow a strict gluten free veg diet, and my vitamin levels are perfect!. No supplement needed!. You also don't need those ghastly green powders-a nice fresh juice sounds much more tempting!Www@FoodAQ@Com
