Congrats on becoming vegetarian!

As far as meals go, there are a million out there that are uncomplicated and don't take up much time to make!. On my really lazy days, I chop up veggies and make veg!. hummus wraps, or pasta with tomato sauce and boca crumbles, stir fry with tofu and veggies (make sure you use tamari, as regular soy sauce ALMOST always has fish product in it), beans and rice!.

Nearly any dish that was your favorite before can become vegetarian with a little creative thought!. Try out this site for recipes:

Good luck and congrats again!Www@FoodAQ@Com

How about baked potatoes which you can have with various fillings such as coleslaw, veg chili, cheese!. Frittatas are good too, I use left over boiled potato (sliced), onion, mushrooms, peas, eggs (of course!) and cheese, delish!. Pasta and pesto (the vegetarian sort) with salad is another quick but tasty dish!. You can spruce up cheese on toast by spreading a little pesto or tomato sauce on the bread, put a few sliced mushrooms, olives and onion then top with cheese and grill!. Pitta bread filled with houmous, falafel and salad is good too! I use a lot of quorn products in my cooking too, low in fat and tasty!. Obs theres loads more, but I hope this helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com
