Tofu?!?!?!?!
I've always wanted to cook some tofu and when ever I go in the supermarket I look at it and ask myself!.!.!.!.!.!. how are you suppost to cook tofu!!?!!?! If you know can you help me please!!?!!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I fry it in a pan with terraki sauce!. Good in stir fry!. You can put in smoothies!. It can be put in just about anything!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
tofu takes on the flavors of what it is cooked with!. try to by some extra firm tofu for stir fry, cook it in a skillet with oil with vegetables and use soy sauce or stir fry sauce to give it flavor!. It rocks!!! Soft tofu is used in recipes where it would be mashed or blended, firm I have used in lasagnas so it has a consistency of like cottage cheese but softer!. Extra firm is good for recipes where it would be baked or fried!.!.whatever!. search tofu recipes and have fun with it!Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you like smoothies, creamy soups, etc!. you can put it in a blendor!.
You can marinade it and grill it or bake it or fry it!.
I like to deep fry mine (I know, deep frying = ) in peanut or olive oil!.
You can boil it!.
It's really up to you and what the recipe might call for!.
First, I tried it at restaurants to see how they cooked it!. Then I tried experimenting with it at home to see if I could get the same textures and flavors!. Now, it's no biggy!. Just!.!.t!.rial and error= )

Tofu is very versatile it takes on the texture and flavor of whatever you decide to cook it with!. You can smoke it and fry it, or boil it like it's done with Miso soup!. Plenty of other ways I'm sure, but those are the only two ways I've had it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
