I'm sure it varies between brands, but here's the info for one brand I found: I wasn't able to find info about the magnesium content!.

Calcium: 80mg (8% of daily requirement vs 30% daily requirement found in regular milk)
Protien: 7g (vs 8g found in regular milk)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Unlike whole milk, natural soy milk does not contain much calcium!. In general, 100 grams of soy milk contains 4 mg of calcium!. More and more soy milk products, however, are being fortified with calcium!.
Soy milk provides high quality “complete” protein, as does cow’s milk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't think there would be that much magnesium!.

But I would guess it would have about 5g protein and 90mg calcium!.

Check the Nutritional Information on the box of your soy milk to be sure!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It should say on it, look at the nutritional facts!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
