Branched-chain amino-acids are leucine, isoleucine and valine!.
There are plant based sources that are superior to animal sources for each!.
Soybeans and lentils are the very best sources of Leucine!.
Almonds, cashews and chickpeas are excellent sources of Isoleucine, and peanuts, sesame seeds and lentils are good sources of Valine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are leucine, isoleucine, and valine!. BCAAs are considered essential amino acids because human beings cannot survive unless these amino acids are present in the diet!.
Where are they found!?
Dairy products contain the greatest amounts of BCAAs!.
However, they are present in ALL protein-containing foods!. So as long as you get enough protein, there's no problem getting enough of these!. :-)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm sure you know that most amino acids come from meat protein sources, but here's an interesting page I found that discusses the BCAAs more in depth and does list non-meat based sources for all three!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I was pretty sure plants have amino acids as well!. So as for that yes meat amino acids no!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I don't think there are any!. But it is easy to find vitamins that have BCAA's in them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
