I know what the most common is, expecially for meat eaters cooking for vegetarians!.!.!. risotto!. I must have been cooked a hundred risottos when I was vegetarian!. Now that I'm vegan I get cooked a lot of stir fries and tend to cook them a lot myself if I can't be bothered to think of anything else!. Most of the food I cook is either Chinese or Japanese (noodle/rice/tofu/soy/seitan dishes)!. If not, I usually cook things like shepards pie, lasagne, pizza, soup, sausage pies etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I eat most dishes that meat eaters eat, just with things like quorn!.
However one of may favorite vegetarian dishes without 'meat' is stuffed peppers!. You just cook some red peppers filled with risotto rice, mushrooms, tomato and basil!. I serve this with homemade potato wedges, delicious and healthy :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
