Answers:
Whole Foods carries at least half a dozen brands of vegetarian-friendly multivitamin/multimineral supplements!. Schiff has a vegetarian multi that I've been able to find in a few grocery stores and drug stores!. GNC should have at least a couple of choices!. They all contain more or less the same complement of vitamins!. You won't find much calcium in any of them because it's too bulky!.

I take Deva brand vegan multi!. I take care to get my nutritional requirements met from food, which is far preferable to taking a bunch of supplements!. But I consider a multi good insurance for those less than perfect days!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You really just need a multivitamin!. One that is preferably vegetarian as a lot of generic multivitamins have beef and fish derivatives!. I like the one I take, it's by a company called rainbow!. Ask your health food store!.
If you are vegan take an additional calcium with it because calcium is very dense so it usually is minimal in multivitamins!. You might also need Iron as a separate supplement!. If you don't want so many tablets!. Try a prenatal vitamin because they hold more Iron than a standard multivitamin!. Depending on your diet you might also need protein!. If that is the case, instead of a multivitamin, try a protein powder that is fortified with vitamins!. There's a few on the market, and they all come in single packages aslo for you just to try!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you follow a balanced vegetarian diet you don't need any supplements, but a daily multivitamin will not kill you!.

You would have to starve yourself, or eat just veggie junk food to get malnurished on a vegetarian diet that includes eggs and dairy!.

A few people get in trouble eating a vegan diet, since you need to make sure your getting enough iron and B12 in your diet, or take supplements!. I've been a vegetarian since the mid 70's and I've known a few people who use the word vegan to cover up their eating disorders!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well you dont need any! Anyway the tablets dont really get absorbed by the body fully!. There is so much variety in vegetarian food, you will never lack for vitamins!. I haven;t in all my glorious 27 years, never ate meat in my entire life!. No deficiency ever!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I buy Rainbow Light for women, which contains pretty much every vitamin and mineral a woman needs!.

I buy it at my local health food store but you can get it at GNC as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

GNC and health stores sell vitamins, and veg*an ones as well!. Just go to your local one as ask!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just about any health food store, GNC or Whole Foods Market!. I prefer food based vitamins!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

ummmm,
probz like iron and protein suplements are needed!.
from chemists, or grocery store!.

you should ask a doctor for best results/information!.

foods can be bought from everywhere!.
vegi burgers, vegi sausages etc!.

becareful with iron deficency, can cause blood problems!.

really see a doctor for all correct imformation
